Leather Collage
These images reflect my ongoing exploration of material, memory, and transformation. The first two pieces use leather scraps and off-cuts to create landscape collages, honoring the organic forms and textures of the material while emphasizing sustainability. The next two works involve painting family histories onto leather, cutting them into strips, and rearranging them to form new compositions—an approach that informs my current project, where I will weave leather and heirloom fabrics to tell a layered story of family and cultural heritage.
